I’m a content designer, strategist, and storyteller serving both big brands and individuals who are ready to pivot into their best chapter yet.
Before breaking into tech as a Senior UX Writer at Etsy, I ran a digital e-commerce agency helping brands grow through strategy and content that converts both on and off Amazon. After Etsy, I became the founding Senior UX Writer on the Digital Advisor Experience team at a Fortune 500 financial services company.
At Etsy, I led UX content across 12+ squads. I shaped UX content strategy and content design for experiences like Etsy Registry, the gifting experience, and returns for millions of buyers and sellers across the marketplace.
At Thrivent, I built content systems from the ground up. I also project-managed foundational work for a small but mighty UX content team on DAX.
Alongside my corporate roles, I founded The Story Is Yours to help professionals pivot into UX writing. Through my Maven course, Launch Your UX Writing Career in Six Weeks, I share the frameworks and feedback students need to turn transferable skills into portfolios, resumes, and interviews that get results.
At the core of my work is empathy and transformation. Whether I am shaping flows, partnering with teams, or helping others write their next career chapters, I lead with clarity, intention, and care.
